Miami center fielder Amari Haynesworth reportedly suffered a setback this week while rehabilitating blurred vision. Preliminary tests showed the injury had gotten worse and would need more time to be completely healed. An unidentified team official said it looked like it would be at least one week before Haynesworth would be able to return to the active roster. Haynesworth will see a specialist tomorrow.
To date Haynesworth has chalked up a .205 average with 7 home runs, driven in 26 runs and scored 36 times.
