The Los Angeles Dodgers have beaten the Nashville Stars and will advance to the League Championship Series.
Los Angeles won the final game by a 7-6 count to take the series 4-1. The Dodgers triumph was no doubt in large part because of the performance of shortstop Amari Parker, who was named MVP of the series.
“The only thing that matters is that we’re off to the next round and one step closer to a World Series,” he said.
The League Championship Series matchups and schedule will be announced after the Divisional Series finishes.
