The Tigers today announced that they have come to terms with Kevin Leichty, a 33-year-old catcher they’ve been scouting for a while.
Leichty will earn $20,000,000 a year over 4 years and is expected to play a key role with the club.
During his career, Leichty is batting .259 and has totaled 78 home runs.
