Word of a huge deal between Jon Libman and Toronto broke on BNN only minutes before it was officially announced.
The reliever will join the Blue Jays for an estimated $5,000,000 per year over 1 year. Libman has shown he is capable of putting together big money campaigns, which is exactly what Blue Jays ownership was looking for.
Over his career Libman has put up a 2.80 ERA and fanned 978 hitters in 786.1 innings. His record stands at 63-59 with 222 saves.
