The New York Mets have made a deal sending 34-year old RHP Brennan Malone to the San Francisco Giants for 21-year old minor league RF Juan Brito. Both sides are said to be pleased with the way the trade worked out.
During his career Malone has registered a 104-120 record and 12 saves. His ERA stands at 4.37 and he has fired third strikes past 2138 batters in 1993.2 innings while giving up 540 walks.
