Steve Dudik of the Kansas City Royals has now hit safely in 20 straight games. He socked 1 hit in today’s 3-2 triumph over Toronto at Rogers Centre.
“20 games is a big chunk of the year, isn’t it?” Dudik said to reporters. “It’s hard to wrap your head around.”
Steve Dudik struck out in the 2nd, flied out in the 5th, singled in the 7th and struck out in the 9th.
Thus far this season Dudik has hit .343 with 3 home runs, 18 RBIs and scored 12 times.
