5 times is the charm — at least for Juan Medina.
The Washington Nationals left fielder tore up the Milwaukee Brewers to the tune of 5 hits in 5 at-bats at Nationals Park today. The offensive onslaught from Medina powered the Nationals to a 11-7 win.
“Medina was a tough out today,” Milwaukee manager Wilson Delgado said to the press in the postgame interview. “He hit some very good pitches with that quick bat of his. Not an easy out, that’s for sure.”
Juan Medina hit an RBI single in the 1st, singled in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, hit an RBI single in the 6th and singled in the 8th.
Medina is hitting .364 in 2030 with 49 RBIs and 5 home runs.
