Philadelphia Phillies Ship Realmuto to Cleveland: The rumor has been out there for a while now and today it was made official. The Philadelphia Phillies have sent 28-year-old C J.T. Realmuto to the Cleveland Indians for 26-year-old LF Jordan Luplow, 29-year-old C Salvador Perez, 18-year-old minor league 2B Aaron Bracho and 19-year-old minor league RHP Jhon Vergara.
His all-time numbers show Realmuto is carrying a .278 career batting average with 84 home runs and 326 RBIs.
For his career Luplow has hit at a .241 clip. Among his lifetime numbers are 95 hits, 19 doubles, 5 triples, 21 home runs and 56 RBIs.
