| It is being reported in Arizona that the Diamondbacks and the Texas Rangers have agreed on a trade. According to anonymous sources 19-year old minor league 2B Juan Landaverde, 22-year old minor league RHP Juan Medina, and 19-year old minor league C Andy Dailey will be dealt to the Rangers in return for 33-year old C Jose Rodriguez. Texas will retain a portion of Rodriguez’s remaining contract. As far as career numbers Rodriguez has compiled a .253 batting average and collected 901 hits, 36 home runs and 378 RBIs. |
