The season is apparently over for Chris Rodebaugh. The Oakland Athletics medical staff informed the club that the starting pitcher will be out at least 11 months with a damaged elbow ligament. Rodebaugh was hurt in the game against Pittsburgh while throwing a pitch. The doctors did not think he would recover prior to the end of the season.
